We are confident that you will love your subscription, which is why we offer a 3-day Money-back Guarantee. Below outlines the details and conditions of our refund policy.

You can request a refund within our 3-day window from the date of purchase.

However, please note that because the products we sell are digital and cannot be returned, therefore your subscription is only refundable if there is a technical issue from our side affecting the functionality of the template, ebook/resource, or bundle which we are unable to resolve within 28 days of being made aware of the issue.

For our templates: This strictly includes problems preventing you from editing text, colors, icons, or accessing templates.

For our ebooks/resources & bundles: This strictly includes problems accessing Corjl on laptop/pc.

Keep in mind that additional requests/desires for features beyond the stated functionality are not eligible for refunds.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  •  Technical issues must come solely from our end; this therefore excludes problems related to your device that cannot be reproduced or are not being experienced by other customers.
  • This policy also excludes the rare event, that you are having difficulties accessing templates due to a Corjl outage, which is an exception as this is a technical issue from Corjl’s editing platform and not Rolan Resumes. However, if you are encountering difficulty accessing your template(s), please get in contact with us so this can be resolved as soon as possible.

Note: Products with alleged technical issues will only be eligible for a refund when sufficient information is provided regarding how the issue was created. If a member of our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 28 days of being made aware of the issue, a refund will be processed. 



Sufficient information includes but is not limited to: detailed documentation, links to screenshots with explanations, links to screen recordings & screen captures with a voiceover regarding how the issue was created and steps to reproduce it.

Refunds are also not applicable in the following situations:

  • You are unable to export/edit using Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or any other document platform. 
As on all our product pages, we clearly state that editing is done exclusively through Corjl and exporting in PDF format only.
  • You are not pleased with the editor’s functionality or editing process. 
As demo links are provided for all resume templates in the “Try Before You Subscribe” section, you have the ability to use the editor to ensure you are happy with the editing process before purchase.
  • You are unable to perform an action that is not covered by the editor’s functionality.
(e.g., Adding clickable hyperlinks or automatic bullet points). Any additional features other than those stated in the “Eligibility for Refunds” above are considered extras beyond the stated template features. We clearly mention what exactly you can do and what can be edited on the resume template in the above section and on the product pages. In situations where there is doubt, one should have contacted our support team for clarification before placing an order.
  • Personal preferences or your desired/expected/assumed additional template features beyond what is explicitly mentioned. 
Any additional features other than those stated in the “Eligibility for Refunds” above are considered extras beyond the stated template features. We clearly state what exactly you can do and what can be edited with the resume template in the above section and on the product pages. In situations where there is doubt, one should first contact our support team for clarification and to have any product questions answered before placing an order.

Additionally, refunds are not applicable if:

  • You no longer need the purchased subscription.
  • You found an alternative product.
  • You lack the required skills or expertise to use the product.
  • You lack the necessary software, as described in the listing.
  • The subscription was accidental.
  • You perceive the item as low quality.
  • You face challenges with downloading due to internet-related issues.
  • You claim a technical issue without providing sufficient evidence (screenshots or screen recording with voiceover) within the 3-day window.
  • Your product purchase/subscription was made over 3 days ago.

Non-Refundables:

  • Subscription fees for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.
  • Subscription fees for renewals are non-refundable.
  • Any additional services or add-ons purchased are non-refundable.

Refund Request Process:
To initiate a refund request, please contact us by clicking here explaining the technical issue, accompanied by sufficient information, such as documentation, screenshots, and screen recordings, if applicable.

Refund Approval:
Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.

Please note: We are unable to process refunds to any method other than your original payment method due to tax record keeping, fraud prevention, and payment system constraints. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you place an order with a valid payment method that can receive refunds and ensure your payment method will remain valid during the window (i.e., ensuring you do not use a card that will expire within the next month) as this can cause delays from your bank or prevent access to funds from the payment method.

Be advised that once a refund is processed it cannot be reversed. If you encounter issues with receiving payments by using a non-valid payment method (such as an expired card), we are unable to recover the funds, and in this event, you would have to liaise with your bank/payment method to get your funds back. To regain access to the product again, you would have to place a new order.

Bear in mind that in the case of our templates. Once an order is refunded, even if a new order is placed, the data from the resume template will not be saved and cannot be recovered, and the template would be new with no previous data (as it is a new order).

Clarification:
The 3-day refund window is the timeframe for making a claim, not the duration for processing refunds. Refunds will be approved if the issue remains unresolved after 28 days from notification, once approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.

Within the context of our templates feature set, editing ‘colors’ pertain to the text and background. Please note that this definition excludes icons, which are represented as images. However you can freely customize your template by replacing the icons with ones that suit your preferences.

Please note: The money-back guarantee applies only to new subscriptions by new subscribers and does not apply to renewals or upgrades.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If 3-10 business days have passed and you still have not received a refund, please first recheck your bank account. Secondly, contact your bank/credit card company, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges for any of our products.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Customers can cancel their subscription at any time.
  • Upon cancellation, access to the their resume template will be revoked at the end of the current billing cycle.

Data Deletion Policy:
After cancellation, access to your subscription items will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. However at the end of the billing cycle resume data associated with the account will be permanently deleted within 72hrs and cannot be recovered. It is the user’s responsibility to export any changes or significant resume updates before cancellation.

Once cancelled, to regain access to the product again, customer will have to place a new order.

Bear in mind that in the case of our templates. Once an subscription has been cancelled and past the billing cycle, even if a new order is placed, the data from the resume template will not be saved and cannot be recovered, and the template would be new with no previous data (as it is a new subscription).

Backup Responsibility:
Despite maintaining backups of data, users are responsible for regularly exporting and backing up their resume data, especially following significant changes. Rolan Resumes is not liable for any loss of data or resumes due to failure to back up.

Termination Rights:

Rolan Resumes reserves the right to terminate any subscription at our sole discretion, including if we feel or have reasonable evidence that our Terms of Service or licence have been violated. In such cases, we may offer a partial or prorated refund. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this provision.
